湘湖二期昨日开工建设
  总规划5.95平方公里,明年9月前再次推出新湘湖

昨天上午,区委副书记、区长盛阅春郑重宣布:“湘湖二期暨越王路、湖山路建设开工。”现场顿时礼炮齐鸣,一片欢腾。

  副区长方毅在致辞中说,希望区级有关部门和相关镇街做到责任、人员、精力“三到位”,全力以赴推进二期保护与开发,确保2011年5月1日二期湖面放水,2011年9月第二届休闲博览会召开前顺利推出第二个新湘湖。作为湘湖环湖道路的重要组成部分,越王路、湖山路的开工,为湘湖二期重大项目建设吹响了号角。

  据了解,湘湖二期总规划5.95平方公里,将在湘湖一期的基础上,围绕历史文化、自然生态、休闲度假的定位,建成“1湖3中心5大景区30个景点”。越王路延伸工程东起三善桥,西至亚太路,规划全长4990米,路宽8-12米,本次建设长度为3350米,沿线设四座桥梁。湖山路北起湘湖路,南至亚太路,全长1790米,本次建设长度为1220米,路宽15米。两条道路预计于今年10月竣工交付使用。

  今年的湘湖二期工程以湖面恢复为核心,共有12项工程。除越王路、湖山路外,还将实施杨堤建设、湘湖路综合改造、老虎洞游客服务中心建设、眉山岛区块景观建设、水漾湖国宾馆建设、越王城勾践祠综保工程等项目。湘湖二期建成后,湘湖景区总面积将达到10.6平方公里,湖面达到3.2平方公里,形成“1湖2带3园4中心5度假酒店10大景区50个景点”,年接待游客将达到500万人次。

  又讯 今年湘湖二期12项工程之一的湘湖农场拆迁安置房开工奠基仪式昨日举行,副区长方毅参加仪式并讲话。

  安置房工程位于亚太路排干三区块,占地157亩,拟建安置房947套,分两期实施。此次开工的一期建筑面积6.7万平方米,安置房438套。

  方毅指出,安置房项目的启动,将彻底解决农场居民长期以来的住房难问题,对维护农场和谐稳定,推进湘湖保护与开发,加快湘湖新城建设具有积极的意义。

湘湖路改造,不知要怎样改造法。
还有现在在亚太路边上的工业园区以后会如何发展,是保留还是搬迁?

浙江湘湖旅游度假区是1995年经浙江省人民政府批准成立的省级旅游度假区,总规划面积51.7平方公里,2007年被评定为国家4A级风景名胜区。
       度假区以历史文化、自然生态、休闲度假为开发理念,以杭州国际风景旅游城市为依托,逐步成为长三角地区富有竞争力和美誉度的大型休闲旅游度假区。
    “一湖秀水,十里美景”。目前,湘湖景区已形成湘浦、湖上、城山、越楼、跨湖桥等五大景区,有湘堤卧波、湘浦观鱼、忆杨思贤、绿岛掬星、湖心云影、城山怀古、湖桥拾梦、越堤夕照、纤道古风、越楼品茗、跨湖问史等十六大景点。景区自2006年开放以来已接待游客逾300万人次。
        度假区将以5A级景区为标准,计划到2011年使景区总开发面积达到10.6平方公里,完成30万平方米公建设施、17.8公里景区交通道路,形成一湖、二带、三园、四中心、五大酒店、十大景区和五十个景点,即:3.2平方公里一个湖面;105万平方米两个沿湖岸景观带;跨湖桥遗址、越王城遗址、少儿公园极地海洋世界三个主题公园;湘湖新天地休闲中心、罗家坞野外体验中心(露天乡村俱乐部、国际自行车俱乐部、户外活动基地)、陈家埠休闲度假中心(国宾馆、越文化休闲风情园、水上俱乐部)、眉山岛科普休闲中心(五星级酒店、科技馆)四个休闲中心;水漾坞超五星级度假酒店、大樟树宾馆、湘庄、湘湖国宾馆、眉山宾馆五大酒店;老虎洞、石岩山等十大景区和五十个景点。
        届时,度假区将完成政府性投资38亿人民币,市场性投资50亿人民币,达到年接待境内外游客300万人次,解决就业5000人,旅游三产收入达到5亿人民币,成为集观光、休闲、度假、生态、文化、科普、健身购物、演艺、会展国际化旅游综合体。

Established in 1995 upon approval of People's Government of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Xianghu Tourism a provincial level tourism resort with total planning area of 51.7 square kilometer and was appraised as national 4A level tourist attraction in 2007.
Based on the development concept of historic culture, natural ecology and leisure holiday and relying on Hangzhou, the world famous tourism city, the tourism resort is gradually developing into a large-scale leisure and tourism resort with high reputation and competitive force in Yangtze River Delta. The resort can be described as “one crystal lake surrounded by ten-li of beautiful scenery”. Presently, Xianghu Scenery Area has formed five scenic areas: Xiangpu, Hushang, Chengshan Mountain, Yuelou House and Cross-lake Bridge and has developed 16 scenic spots: Rippling Water Along Xiang Causeway, Appreciating Fish in Xiangpu, Memorial of Yang Shixian, Picking Stars in Green Islet, Reflecting Cloud in Mid-Lake, Mediating on the Past in Chengshan, Dreamland of Lake Bridge, Sunset Glow at Yue Causeway, Ancient Culture in Track Road, Enjoying Tea in Yuelou House and Learning History of Cross-lake Bridge. The scenery area has totally received tourists of over 3 million person times since its open-up in 2006. By 2011, the resort will expand to total area of 10.6 square kilometers, complete construction for public facilities of 300,000 square meters, transportation roads of 17.8 km and apartment buildings of 560,000 square kilometers in the area based on the standard of 5A level scenery area, and the structure of one lake, two belts, three parks, four centers, five hotels, ten scenic areas and 50 scenic spots will be developed, namely, one lake of 3.2 square kilometers, two landscape belts along the lake of 1.05 million square meters, the three themed parks, i.e. Cross-lake Bridge Site, Site of King Yue’s Town and Children’s Park of Polar Region Sea World, four leisure centers, i.e. Xianghu New World Leisure Center, Luojiawu Wilderness Experience Center (Outdoor Countryside Club, International Cyclist Club, Outdoor Activity Base), Chenjiapu Leisure Holiday Center (State Guest Hotel, Yue Culture Leisure Folk Park and Lake-water Club) and Meishan Island Popular Science & Leisure Center (five-star  hotel, Science and Technology hall, Landscape Apartment Building); the five hotels, i.e. Shuiyangwu Super Five-star Resort Hotel, Big Camphor Hotel, Xiangzhuang House, Xianghu Lake National Guest Hotel and Meishan Hotel; the ten scenic areas and fifty scenic spots include Tiger Cave and Rock Mountain. By the time, the resort area will complete governmental investment of RMB 3.8 billion and marketing investment of RMB 5 billion, annually receive tourists of 3 million person times from both home and abroad and provide jobs for around 5000 employees with tourism income of RMB 500 million. It will be developed into an international tourism entity integrated by sightseeing, leisure, holiday, ecology, culture, popular science, body-building, shopping, entertainment performance and exhibition.  “Humanism Xianghu, Leisure Resort”. 水漾湖度假酒店
Shuiyang Lake Resort Hotel
水漾湖景区位于湘湖核心景区东北山麓,"一湖三坞"形似仙人掌,三叉分坞,山势开合随坞入景,自然构成独立单元,又与湘湖水域一脉相连。四周青山环抱,林木清荣浚茂,空谷幽静,坞中藏湖,景色浑然天成。

      规划建设集休闲度假、会议、商务活动于一体的超五星级度假酒店,规划用地19.3公倾(289.5亩),建筑高度四层以下,建筑面积55000㎡左右,容积率0.35以下,总投资0.8-1亿美圆,建设周期3年。

        该投资项目由政府出让土地,业主按核准规划自主开发。
Located at the foot of the mountain to the northeast of the Xianghu Core Scenery Area, Shuiyang Lake Scenery Area has "one lake and three docks", which resembles cactus in shape with naturally separated units and connects with Xianghu Water Area. The three junctions of the docks open or close based on the lie of the mountains and are well blended to the surrounding scene. Surrounding by green mountains on the four sides, the scenery area has integrated natural scene that features exuberant trees, placid valley and dotted docks in the lake.  
The planning building will be a super five-star resort hotel integrated by holiday leisure, meeting and business activity. With planning land of 19.3hectares (289.5mu), the building is no more than four stories in height with total building area of approximately 55,000㎡ and plot ratio of less than 0.35. The total investment is USD80-100 million and the construction period will be three years.  
The land of the investing project is granted by the government and the owner develops the project independently according to the approved planning.



湘湖新天地
Xianghu New World
湘湖新天地位于湘湖旅游度假区金家坞山麓,背山面湖,生态、空间宁静怡人,景观视野俱佳。
规划建设休闲、娱乐、健身为主的时尚休闲服务设施。规划用地14.6公倾,建筑佔地12730㎡,建筑面积约20000㎡,容积率0.13,总投资2000-3000万美圆,建设周期2年。
        该投资项目由政府出让土地,业主按核准规划自主开发。

湘庄为高档餐饮经营招租项目,位于古跨湖桥北岸云雾茶清景区,佔地3.26公顷,南临湘湖北靠望坞山,东西连接越王城山、跨湖桥两大景区,是顺应中外游客追求高品质美食,享受高品味休闲文化,规模经营餐饮服务产业的首选宝地。
       规划建设与原生态和谐,自成单元景观,彰显园林风貌,内蕴品质时尚,承载美食文化。营业建筑5000㎡及配套设施,总投资5000万圆人民币,建设周期1年。
       该项目由度假区管理委员会投资建设,租赁经营方参与设计、布局、装饰、设施配套等专业论证,自主经营。
Located at the Misty Cloud Clear Tea Scenery Area to the north of the Ancient Cross-lake Bridge with total area of 3.26 hectares, Xiangzhuang is a project in leasing promotion for upper-graded food & beverage business. With Xianghu Lake on the south, Wangwu Mountain on the north and the Yuewangcheng Mountain and Cross-lake Bridge scenic spots on the east and west respectively, Xiangzhuang is the first choice for large-scale operation of foods & beverage service industry for tourists from both home and abroad to pursue high quality foods and enjoy high-taste leisure culture.

Meishan Island Popular Science & Leisure Centre
眉山岛位于湘湖旅游度假区二期规划区内,四面环水,背靠石岩山景区,远眺钱塘江、富春江、浦阳江三江汇流口,规划主湖区尽收眼底。小岛呈眉状,玲珑精致,静中处幽。
       规划建设以航天科技馆为核心,眉山宾馆科幻广场以及休闲娱乐设施为基础,集科普休闲为一体的大型旅游休闲项目。规划用地41.3公顷(620亩),建筑面积15万平方米,总投资2.1亿美圆。
        该投资项目由政府出让土地,业主按核准规划自主开发。
Located in the Phase II planning area of Xianghu Tourism Resort, Meishan Island is surrounded by water on three sides and backs on Rock Mountain Scenery Area, looking over the junction of three rivers, i.e. Qiantang River, Fuchun River and Puyang River and the main planning lake area. The island is small and quiet with the shape resembling eyebrow.
Based on Meishan Hotel and the Sci-Fi Square  and  the leisure & recreation establishment with the Aerospace Science and Technology Hall on the center, the planning building is a large scale tourism leisure project integrated by popular science and leisure. The project has total planning land of 41.3hectare (620mu)and the building area of 150,000㎡ and the total investment of USD 210 million.
The land of the investing project is granted by the government and the owner develops the project independently according to the approved planning.  

湖畔花园景观房产
Lakefront Garden Landscape Real Estate
湖畔花园是萧山区规模最大的生态景观房产投资项目,也是浙江湘湖旅游度假区唯一推出的实施生态景观房产规模开发的黄金地块。
         项目位于即将恢复的上湘湖景区,三面环水。周边已建成山里人家、东方文化园、索菲特世外桃源酒店等知名人文景点及旅游配套设施,众多景观楼盘总量已逾200万㎡,将形成8万常住人口的最佳人居环境区。
本项目总规划用地40公顷(其中一期24.67公顷已出让待建,二期15.3公顷将公开出让),容积率≤1.0,建筑限高:周边≤10米,中间≤20米。绿地率≥55%。总投资3.5-4亿美圆。该投资项目由政府出让土地,业主按核准规划自主开发。

As the largest real estate investing project with ecological landscape in Xiaoshan District, Lakefront Garden is also the only golden plot that implements large-scale development of ecological landscape real estate by Xianghu Tourism Resort        
Located at the confluence where Qiantang River meets the to-be restored Upper Xianghu Lake  scenic area, the project is surrounded by mountains on the three sides with smooth and flat land. The planning land will be adjacent to the west end of Xianghu Lake main water area (seems like a circular island in shape). With many well-known human landscape, such as Countryside House,sofitel  xanadu  resort  Orient Cultural Garden and Xanadu Folklore Garden and complete tourism facilities being established in the surrounding area, a tour zone residential area with total resident population of 80,000 and total landscape projects area of over 2 million㎡ will be formed.                    
The project has planning area of 40 hectares (phase Ⅰ24.64 hectares of land has been granted and is ready for construction),phaseⅡ  15.3 hectares of land will sell publicly soon. plot ratio of ≤1.0 and greenbelt ratio of ≥55%. The building height limits to≤10meters in surrounding and ≤20 meter in the center. The total investment is to be USD 350-400 million.

湖畔花园景观房产是否就是去年滨江房产拍到得那块土地啊。

很有可能是滨江房产拍的地,这只是其中的一块,还有一块要出让的。
10——20米的高度,也就在2——5楼,别墅、洋房一类的吧,看来也只有有米的富人才买的起。
